ebb tide + flow: Two years in the making and its debut now in 2020, this album is influenced by cultures that make their home by the sea. The album may just be your cure for all that we face in 2020, but at the least it will provide some encouragement and beauty.

The album was my first solo album and in true Gregson form, the title track “Released” is followed by a painting (the album cover) and many sounds from around the world. this album still is new to many people and is available everywhere for streaming.
